This position will work under the direction and supervision of the Inflight Base Manager and must maintain a high level of knowledge in the following areas: Company Policy, Pinnacle Airlines Flight Attendant Manual and other technical data appropriate to Inflight and aircraft operations. Conduct flight operations in strict compliance with company policies, procedures and federal regulations. Use superior judgment to conduct safe and efficient flights, maintain a high level of personal decorum, professional conduct and personal appearance. Maintain awareness of crew legality requirements, provide crew communication reports and crew incident reports when required or requested. Attend company trainings and maintain currency. Ensure passenger needs are met with regard to safety and comfort. Maintain approved company uniform and company materials and provide Inflight Office with any information regarding the safety of flight. Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent, valid drivers license and at least 19 years of age. Special Requirements: Must be willing to work long hours including evenings, weekends and holidays. Extensive travel required. Physical demands may require some exertion such as pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking and lifting boxes, bags and electronic equipment not in excess of 30 lbs. Working conditions include all types of weather, long periods of sitting and airport ramp operations are noisy and can be hazardous without due caution. Concurrent internal and external recruitment.
