Weekly Recruiting sessions located below: No previous airline experience necessary to apply!
Mesa Air Group Flight Attendants ensure compliance with company as well as FAA regulations & policies while providing a professional, courteous & friendly flight for our passengers.
Mesa Air Group is currently hiring Flight Attendants for both Mesa & Freedom Airlines. Mesa Air Group Bases are: Phoenix, Denver, Grand Junction, Nashville, Charlotte, Chicago, Washington-Dulles, Orlando, Atlanta, Syracuse, Albany & JFK. Bases are subject to change. MUST BE WILLING & ABLE TO RELOCATE TO ANY ASSIGNED BASE. We cannot promise that you will be given your first choice of a base. Our most junior bases at this time are Washington-Dulles & JFK.
Process includes interview, drug screening, full 10 year(plus) FAA background-fingerprint check (provided by Mesa Air Group).
Applicants selected for training must be willing to attend a tuition free training course in Phoenix, AZ for up to 3-6 weeks-lodging is provided. Mesa Air Group offers comprehensive health plans, 401(K) package, travel benefits, bonuses & much more upon completion of training. Starting pay for Flight Attendants is $15.59 per flight hour, 6 months $16.71 per flight hour and one year $18.40 per flight hour. Previous Airline experience not required!

Minimum Requirements:
*Must posses a positive attitude!
*Must pass FAA 10 year (plus) background & fingerprinting check
(provided by Mesa Air Group)
*Must pass initial and ongoing Drug screening.
*High School Diploma/GED
*Able to obtain a Government Issued I.D.
*Must be able to speak, read, & write English fluently
*U.S. Citizen or have authorization to work in U.S. as defined in Immigration Act of 1986.
*At least 18 years of age
*Complete use of ALL five senses
*Minimum 20/40 vision, corrected or uncorrected
*Height no taller than 5ft. 10 inches
*Be physically fit, well groomed & practice good hygiene & etiquette
*Able to lift 45 pounds to shoulder
*Customer Service background with emphasis on communication
skills
*Available to be away from base for up to 6 days at a time
*Attend unpaid training in Phoenix
*Must be willing & able to relocate to any assigned base
*Must be flexible, dependable & work well with others supervised & unsupervised
*Willing to work nights, weekends & holidays
Application Process
1. Make sure you meet the minimum requirements. Create a log in & complete the online application. **For payroll purposes, the name on Social Security card must match your name entered on the application** You will receive an invitation via email after review of your application. If you are not selected for an interview, you may reapply in 6 months. Complete an online application at www.mesa-air.com. Please ensure after completing your
application it reads PUBLISH.
2. Attend a group information/interview session that is closest to you. Print the invitation & bring with you. YOU WILL NOT BE ADMITTED WITHOUT AN INVITATION. Doors open for all sessions at - 5:45 DOORS CLOSE AT 6 P.M. SHARP! (Unless otherwise noted) No late applicants admitted.
3. Invited to Flight Attendant training in Phoenix, AZ for 3-6 weeks.
4. Applications are held on file for 6 months. If you are not selected or are unable to attend an open interview session during that time, please update your online application AFTER the 6 month mark has been reached.
5. Professional attire is required
